Utibe Abasi Ediong Etok better known by stage-name as Dario Etok was born in Abak, Nigeria. He is from Ikono, one of the Local Government Areas in Ibibio ethnic group in the Northern part of Akwa Ibom State, South-South, Nigeria. He attended Abak International Nursery/Primary School, Oku-Abak in Akwa Ibom State. In 2004, he attended McIntire Secondary Commercial School, Abak where he obtained his Junior School Certificate. In 2008, he got admission to study sciences in St. Mary’s Senior Science College, Abak, where he obtained his Senior School Certificate. He enrolled at former Rivers State Polytechnic, Bori, now, Ken Saro-wiwa Polytechnic, Bori, where he did his National Diploma course in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
