List Of Best Text/Code Editor App For Computer and Linux Users

I have use different types of text/code editor in my Ubuntu OS, And that’s the reason i decided to try about it, As you know there are hundreds of different types of text/code editor available online. Free/Open Source text/code editor and also Premium one. 

Sublime Text 3

Sublime is a popular text/code editor available and let me say almost every developer is familiar with it, This is an overview about Sublime Text editor. Although it’s has a premium version and support themes. It’s cross platform which is supported by all Operating System.

Bracket

Oh! This is my favorite text/code editor, firstly it’s an Open Source, also has some features like live preview which i preferred over other text/code editor. I have written a post on it earlier, You can read all about it. And also cross platform which is available for Windows and other OS.

Atom

Atom is a free and open-source text and source code editor for OS X, Linux, and Windows with support for plug-ins written in Node.js, and embedded Git Control, developed by GitHub.  Atom is a text editor that’s modern, approachable, yet hackable to the core—a tool you can customize to do anything but also use productively without ever touching a config file.

Nano

Did you want to start writing or editing code right from your Terminal in your linux? Then one of the best code editor available for linux is Nano. It’s great.

Vim

Vim is also another text/code editor available for linux, just exactly like Nano, they’re both code editor using the terminal.
Note:- There are hundred of text/code editor available for linux and computer, But these are the ones on my own perspective are 🙂
